Pan Cooked Green Beans

A change from eating raw green beans or steaming.  

Delicious right out the pan or in a salad.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon avocado oil

3/4 lb green beans trimmed

1 clove garlic, minced

Sea salt

Directions

  1. Heat a large sauce pan on medium high heat.  

  2. Add the avocado oil and when heated add the green beans.  

  3. Toss to coat and let cook uncovered for 4- 5 minutes turning occasionally.  

  4. Add  the garlic and continue to cook for another minutes, be careful not to let garlic burn.  

  5. Add a couple tablespoons of water, cover and connote to cook until tender crisp or desired doneness.  

  6. Serve warm, room temp or chilled in salads.
