Roasted Cauliflower

Separate Caulilfower into bite sized florets and place in a large bowl.  Add a good slosh of olive oil and a couple pinches of sea salt and Toss well.  

Place on Parchment lines sheet tray and roast for 20 minutes on 350.  Add 1 - 2 cup halved cherry tomatoes to the cauliflower and continue baking for 10 minutes longer or until cauliflower is starting to brown.  

Remove from oven, cool and enjoy like candy!
